Note: Visa support letters are provided automatically free of charge for visa applications through the ASLA visa service, via HotelConnect. A visa registration fee of approximately 150 Roubles per person is charged by St Petersburg hotels on arrival, payable locally to the hotel, directly by the customer, in order to register your visa on the centralized system.

family info: There are only two suites and some studio rooms that could accommodate 2 adults and 2 children; there are interconnecting rooms but these all link with an accessible room. Cots and highchairs are available for babies.

swimming pool: 16m indoor pool with mosaic tiling; the pool contains purified water. Free of charge for hotel guests from 07.00 to 11.00 but 540 roubles per hour charge outside of these times.
