our opinion: The Regent Hotel Rome is the sister hotel to the Grand Hotel Ritz and is in fact located in the same block, although they are run as two separate hotels. The Regent Hotel Rome offers a slightly more informal stay which is nonetheless comfortable with modern facilities. It is a sizeable hotel with 200 rooms which are decorated in a classic style, some of which are undergoing a little updating. Being just a few steps from the Piazza Euclide metro stop it is a great choice for those who wish to be close to the Villa Borghese as well as have easy access to the centre of the city.
