our opinion: Located in the heart of Monaco, a few steps away from the casino and all the luxury shops, this deluxe hotel is beautifully decorated in a style combining modern and traditional, creating a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. After a major refurbishment program carried out by Jacques Garcia and the completion of an extensive spa in partnership with market leader ESPA, the Metropole Hotel Monte Carlo has now become an exclusive urban destination Spa. The building itself was completely renovated in its original style offering outstanding service with a personalised touch. There is a fabulous outdoor pool for guests to relax during the summer time under the blissful shadow of the palm trees, the ideal spot for open air lunches or just for a drink.

restaurant: Chef Christophe Cussac, overseen by Joel Robuchon, offers a concept of interactive and visual Mediterranean cuisine with an open-plan kitchen setting and serves a variety of delicacies in an elegant, yet convivial ambiance, with an open air terrace and stunning views of Monte-Carlo. Open for lunch and dinner. Restaurant closed for lunch time from 15th July to 28th August. Yoshi, first Japanese restaurant created by Joel Robuchon and designed by Didier Gomez is open Tuesday to Sunday from 12.15pm to 02:00pm for lunch and from 7.30pm to 10:30pm for dinner. Inspiring Spa cuisine is served in the Spa restaurant around the pool.
