our opinion: This choice little hotel offers a great value for money alternative with a small and friendly feel and pleasant rooms that offer clean and surprisingly modern accommodation. From the cosy reception area offering a coffee and tobacco machine, to the charming little breakfast room where continental breakfast is served. The location is excellent for a quick and easy transfer from the main train station just 200meters away whilst the hotel itself sits in the very heart of Frankfurt's buzzing red light district, complimentary adult television channels are also offered as an additional bonus.

Luxor Hotel Frankfurt, Frankfurt
our opinion: The modern looking Luxor is perfectly situated close to all the shops, bars and restaurants within the vicinity. The old town is also a must and weather it is business or pleasure the Luxor certainly delivers so far as the location is concerned. A simple hotel, the bright and recently refurbished reception offers a coffee bar and small lounge area. Rooms span over 5 floors and offer clean and pleasantly well appointed rooms in rich warming tones with recently added flat screens TV's and a mini-bar. Friendly and charming, the hotel is a good all round value for money choice.
within 20 minutes walk : Jewish quarter and cemetery where the remembrance hall lists over 5,000 names, Jewish museum, City Cathedral, City hall and famous Rosenburg Square, "Zeil" shopping district / city centre where you can find all the main shopping and malls, riverside "Museum Quarter" zoo and on Saturday between 8am - 2pm there is the famous flea market where you will find lots going amidst a great buzz!

our opinion: A good central location with quick and easy access to the main train station and the busy entertainment centre, make the Ambassador a popular choice. The recently refurbished reception has been decorated in a combination of contemporary and colonial styles, with deep merlot, mocha and taupe colour theme to create a comfortable and relaxing ambience. All the rooms offer a good standard whilst the uplifting breakfast room has a "Jardiniere" feel with bright lighting lattice side panels and outdoor colour scheme to awaken you whilst enjoying your morning selection from the buffet.
within 20 minutes walk : Main train station, Opera house, Museums, shopping district, Restaurants, bars and beer houses. The city's vibrant red light district is also a short walk away.

our opinion: Modern hotel, conveniently situated directly next to the main train station (2 mins walk), with easy access to all the attractions of Frankfurt and the exhibition grounds. The reception is bright and welcoming with a friendly bar at the back. The rooms are clean and minimalist and have a fresh feel to them. Note that they have shower only (no bath tub). A hearty breakfast is served and a real bonus is the free transport pass for guests who stay during weekends, think of the money you could save on the metro or the buses and the fabulous places around the city you could see!

our opinion: The Kaiserhof offers a great choice for those seeking to be close to many of Frankfurt's main sights including opera house and English Theatre. Centrally located, a good selection of bars and restaurants are also close by, including some great shopping opportunities in the many shops scattered around the hotel. Standards are maintained to a high level here and guests can be assured of a good service. The hotel has recently undergone some internal changes to offer well equipped rooms with fully sound proofed windows. The main train station with quick and easy access to the airport and beyond is just over 300m away.

our opinion: Prime location for this charming hotel, by the river Main and near the historic centre. The bedrooms are nicely decorated with warm colours, are very cosy and offer a high standard of accommodation. The bathrooms are particularly well designed and original. The hotel boasts a grill and seafood restaurant, a bar with a pleasant atmosphere. Very good hotel providing a high level of service.

our opinion: Sexy, stylish and very much in demand, the independently owned Bristol has built a reputation for itself as being one of Frankfurt's more chic establishments combining warmth, hospitality and style. Having featured in numerous design publications and listings for "trendy bars" Bristol is definitely worth a place to be seen. A relaxing lobby / lounge in crème and mocha with striking cow chairs lead to a bright dining area where a hearty buffet breakfast awaits, this is linked to a Bedouin style tent in the garden where you can simply chill! Centrally located and close to all the nearby facilities make this the perfect choice.
